Air conditioning is optional and can be added by purchasing pre paid cards on arrival
Included in the cost of short term lets is cleaning / laundry excepting stays of less than l week. This will be a nightly charge of £7.00 added to the total if the stay is less than 1 week, minimum 4 nights
Bedding, towels, but not pool/beach towels are supplied.
Long term lets are plus Utilities.
