25% deposit to be payed on booking the villa and the remainder to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. We will also require a £250 damage bond returnable 48 hrs after your departure.
Changeover Day:
We are flexible on changover day.
Notes on prices:
Prices for the property per week are in UK Pounds and are based on up to 2 people. For each additional person please add £95 per week. For the optional usage of the Jacuzzi we charge £50 per week.
No children under 8, except babies.
