The price is all included, no extra charges whatsoever. The heated rivate pool and the private garden are taken care of, there are plenty of towels, sheets and linen available and also weekly house cleaning is included. Of course the Villa is fully equipped and there is fast internet available (cable and wireless, both for free).
Payment conditions are 25% within 5 days after confirmation, 75% two weeks prior to the arrival date.
