Security deposit required. Rates include a daily housekeeper (Monday- Friday) for 3 hours. Meals can be arranged. Requests for stays shorter than one week will be considered, and rates adjusted accordingly. Upon acceptance of reservation, a deposit of 30%-50% is required. Full payment is required one month before arrival and occupation of the house.
