20% deposit required when booking and final balance plus £100.00 refundable security deposit is payable 6 weeks before arrival for uk customers and 8 weeks before for customers outside uk. £100.00 will be refunded when the gate keys have been received. there will be NO EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES if property left in a reasonable condition. Property is already stocked with basic provisions and cleaning materials, all we ask is that what you use up please replace.
