Booking Notes:
Prices are for the property per week in £ Sterling and include cleaning & fresh linen on arrival. 25% due on booking, balance due 8 weeks to arrival, refundable security deposit of £150. Part weeks or long stays available on application.
Changeover Day:
If there are guests arriving on the day of departure, the studio shall be vacated at Midday, however, if there are no guests due on the same day changeover days can be flexible, at the owners discretion.
