A £200 per wekks stay non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 deposit is required to cover damage/breakages and will be refunded no later than two weeks after vacating the property. The apartment overlooks a communal garden and you have sea views from the balcony. There is an unlandscaped plot beachside which does not affect your view.
