•A deposit of £50 per week is payable on all bookings, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rental is payable on booking.
On all bookings, a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable. This will be returned after departure once our on site property manager confirms there are no breakages or damages.
