Booking Notes:
A £100 deposit will reserve your booking for 2 weeks in order to give you time to book flights. In order to confirm the booking a 50% deposit will be required and the balance one month before arrival. 20% DISCOUNT IF YOU BOOK FOR 2 WEEKS. On arrival a £250 cash security deposit will be required, refundable on departure.
Winter monthly rentals are plus all services of water, electric and gas
